We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy and supportive HR Team, on a fixed-term contract basis until February 2026. The role is full-time, but we are happy to consider candidates wanting to work part-time, however this would need to be a minimum of 28 hours a week over 4 or 5 days.

In this role you'll play a key part in supporting our HR team, managers and employees by providing generalist HR administrative support across all areas of HR.

The role Reporting to a HR Business Partner, you'll be an approachable first point of contact for managers and employees with a wide variety of general HR enquiries, and you'll work collaboratively with our other HR teams (Recruitment, Learning & Development, Reward and Payroll) to ensure that a coordinated and high standard of HR service is provided across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include: Producing standard or bespoke employee letters such as new starter paperwork, offer letters, employment contracts, changes of terms and employee references. Responsibility for the new starters, leavers and internal movers' process. Data entry of confidential employee information into our HR system (HRIS). Managing the HR email Inbox and directing enquiries to the appropriate teams. Maintaining accurate employee records for Payroll and managing employee files. Coordination of our company benefits i.e. the company car scheme. Basic analysis and production of various HR reports using the HR system. Working to ensure that best practice HR solutions are followed, escalating any risk issues through the HR Advisors or HR Business Partners.

About you We're looking for someone with exceptional administration and coordination skills, and you'll need to be adept at multitasking and managing shifting priorities. You'll have previous administration experience in a corporate environment (essential) and HR administration experience will be an advantage, but is not essential.

You'll be highly organised with good time management principles, and the ability to prioritise and balance competing workloads effectively. You'll also be able to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels of the business.

Other key requirements include: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with data entry. Able to manage sensitive information and data whilst maintaining strict confidentiality. Able to work on own initiative and make decisions / recommendations relating to HR matters. Passionate about delivering the highest possible standards of service to managers and employees with a positive, 'can do' attitude. Encourage teamwork and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills both inside and outside the department. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A good working knowledge of HR processes and practices (desirable).
