Cambridge Regional College has an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our friendly HR team, primarily based at our Cambridge Campus, with the opportunity to work remotely from home for the remaining days of the week. You'll join us on a full-time (37 hour per week), permanent basis. In return you can expect a competitive salary, between £23,292-£25,104 per annum, along with some very generous staff benefits, including the opportunity to join our local government pension scheme, which has current employer contributions of 23.5%. As part of our Human Resources team, you'll be working on a range of HR administration duties, including the administration of onboarding for our new starters, processing contract changes and leavers, supporting with our staff development administration and other HR related activities. You'll be highly motivated with an interest in developing your skills further in HR. A GCSE in Maths and English, (equivalent to grade C or above) is essential and ideally, you'll have a Level 3 HR qualification. We will, however, accept applications from those who do not hold a level 3 qualification, but all candidates will need to have strong administration experience, IT and interpersonal skills.
