HR Administrators

to join our team based at our Head Office in Coventry. As an HR Administrator with The ExtraCare Charitable Trust, you will be a key team member by providing administrative support to the wider HR function, HR team members, key stakeholders, employees, and managers based at Head Office, Locations, and Retail. The ideal candidate will have previous demonstrable experience within a similar role, be flexible, motivated, and adaptable to change. If this sounds like you please read on for more details! Location: Coventry (hybrid) Job type: 1x Permanent and 1x 12 months FTC (maternity cover) Hours per week: 37.5 Salary: £25,350pa You will: Act as the first point of contact for HR/People/Recruitment related queries. Support HR Advisors with management of low-level ER casework where directed or support requested. Provide administrative support and guidance for Head Office recruitment activity including raising vacancies, supporting recruitment activity, and processes. Be responsible for adding new starters into the HRIS in a timely manner, adhering to Payroll cut-off dates/deadlines. Produce monthly absence, turnover, and stability reports and update monthly comparisons with the HR Team. Manage Head Office filing and electronic systems, conduct audits, and assist with onboarding of new employees at Head Office. About you: Experience of Administration within an HR service/team and demonstrate understanding of HR Policies and Procedures. Familiarity with application tracking database systems for recruitment activities. Proven success of working in partnership with others to deliver effective admin support whilst being customer-focused. Ideally, you will be CIPD level 3 qualified, or exhibit significant work experience. Benefits: Flexitime and hybrid working model (subject to criteria). Enhanced contributory Pension.
