Description
First point of contact for queries, escalating complex queries.
Support with onboarding, movers, leavers, reports, contracts, and training.
Complete right to work checks.
Update records, databases, and tracking systems.
Post adverts and arrange interviews.
Attend meetings and take minutes.
Profile
Previously worked in an HR Administrator role.
Understanding of legislation and UK law.
CIPD desirable but not essential.
IT literate; proficient in Microsoft Office, including Teams and Outlook.
Knowledge of HRIS systems.
Excellent administrative and communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
