HR Administrator

Fully on-site role in Derby

Temporary role for 3 months

£13ph-£15ph - submit weekly timesheets

Job Description

First point of contact for queries, escalating complex queries

Support with onboarding, movers, leavers, reports, contracts, training

Complete right to work checks

Update records, databases and tracking systems

Post adverts, arrange interviews

Attend meetings and take minutes

The Successful Applicant

Previously worked in a HR Administrator role

Understanding of legislation and UK law

CIPD desirable but not essential

IT literate; Microsoft package including Teams and Outlook

HRIS system knowledge

Excellent administrative and communication skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
