Are you a dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced individual seeking employment in a professional educational environment? Join our team as an HR Administrator at a dynamic school in Ealing, London.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process and coordinating the onboarding process for new vacancies within the school.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records for all staff members, ensuring compliance regulations and confidentiality policies are followed.

Ensure the school complies with employment laws and regulations as well as implementing school policies and assisting with the preparation for audits.

Provide administrative support for staff development, including scheduling training sessions, tracking mandatory certifications, and assisting with performance appraisals.

Support the processing of staff payroll, monitor attendance and leave records, and assist with the administration as required.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in an HR or administrative role, ideally within an educational or school setting.

Understanding of employment legislation, safeguarding policies, and regulations related to working in schools.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with staff, candidates, and external parties.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, general computer literacy, and familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
