The Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join the Human Resources Team with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and supporting

the smooth operation of HR functions across the organization. Saab UK has employees working all over the country, the successful candidate will report to the Head of HR, there will be some occasional travel to other office locations throughout the UK. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records

Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, security vetting and updating records.

Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Prepare and manage job offer letters and contracts.

Ensure HR processes and documentation adhere to employment law, company policies, and industry regulations.

Assist in preparing reports and maintaining HR files.

Support the administration of benefits programs.

Assist with payroll processing as and when required.

Help organize employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Track employee progress and maintain records of training and certifications.

Provide administrative support to HR managers and team members.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR policies and employee handbooks.

Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

To support the team with project work and Employment Relation cases when necessary

Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance requirements.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is essential.
