Key Responsibilities of the
People Services Team Administrator : Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews. Maintain and update employee records and databases. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition. Help with the preparation of HR reports and documentation. Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Requirements of the People Services Team Administrator: Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with HR systems.
