Great Opportunity as an Immediate Start Temporary position based in Knutsford About Our Client Our client is a well-established, large-scale organisation within the transport and distribution sector, based in Knutsford. Job Description The key responsibilities of a HR Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to: Manage all HR Administration duties including offers, contracts, on-boarding and leavers. Maintain up to date and accurate employee records. Conduct right to work, pre-employment, background, and security checks. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview scheduling. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Provide HR advice to employees and managers. Ensure end of probation reviews are conducted and escalate any concerns to the People Partner. Manage monthly payroll reporting, ensuring the submission is accurate and on time. The Successful Applicant A successful HR Administrator should have: A degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Ability to be a team player and to also work independently. Experience in an HR role within the transport and distribution industry is desirable. Good understanding of UK employment law. Previous admin experience in either a HR, payroll or recruitment admin role in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Ability to commute to Knutsford.
