HR Administrator Chessington (Hybrid) Full-Time Up to £26,000 per annum depending on experience Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a new challenge? Our client, a well-established and dynamic company based in Chessington, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in human resources within a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides. Coordinate training sessions and employee development activities. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Requirements: Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
