Collating data and Management Information for the HR Manager and monthly reports. Providing administrative support to the HR Manager and Advisors. Supporting with onboarding and induction of new starters. Supporting the employee recruitment and selection process. Monitoring and guiding managers on Employee absences. CIPD Level 3 Qualified, or working towards one is desirable. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business. A strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Office365, Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to prioritise workload to deal with tasks in a timely manner. Flexible and adaptable approach. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Practical and logical; able to solve problems efficiently. Driven and determined. Experienced with using HR Systems and/or Workday is desirable.
