Start Immediately As HR Administrator, you will make a company’s human resources department run efficiently. You will be expected to competently complete a large variety of administrative tasks. The position as a HR Administrator is a vital and challenging role within the business. Your key responsibilities:

Schedule and conduct appraisals, investigations, and grievance meetings. Manage employee records, ensuring accurate entry and maintenance of employment data in systems such as BrightHR. Organise and facilitate virtual meetings on platforms like Zoom, including taking and distributing minutes. Oversee the entire hiring process, from recruitment to onboarding, while ensuring compliance with DBS checks and other regulatory requirements. Handle offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees. Prepare, update, and amend HR documentation as needed, such as employee handbooks, contracts, reference letters, job advertisements, and policies. Serve as the first point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries with professionalism and empathy. Communicate and follow up with staff on outstanding training requirements via Flexebee and manage DBS renewals through the ATLAS portal. Provide support for ad hoc HR tasks, including managing remote staff queries and administrative duties. Assist in resolving employee relations issues and provide guidance on basic and complex queries. Skills and qualifications:

Excellent Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong office administration experience. Strong communication and customer service skills. Organisational skills and detail-oriented mentality. Professional approach and ability to handle confidential information. Knowledge of basic/complex queries in Employee Relations. Requirements:

Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Familiarity with HR systems, with BrightHR being desirable and knowledge of UK employment law. Good understanding of Human Resources in the care company’s industry. Experience in the healthcare sector or a healthcare worker-related position. Ability to manage the unique challenges of supporting and engaging with remote staff.
