They are looking for an exceptionally organised and communicative HR Administrator to provide a first-class HR shared service to all stakeholders across various sites. The ideal candidate will have proven organisational and administration skills, along with the ability to build relationships. Duties include:
Produce HR reports Update the HR database Responsible for the administration of employee benefits, staff travel passes, and purchase orders Deal with and respond to employee requests in a timely manner Oversee responses to subject access requests from employees Support the performance management process Undertake HR project work as required Relevant Profiles / Experience
Previous experience working in a similar, busy, high-volume HR admin role A strong and organised personality with a friendly, positive, and proactive attitude Proven admin skills with proficiency in all MS applications Ability to work in a very busy and ever-changing environment Proven relationship building experience Our client offers a varied and progressive role in a growing business, along with a good benefits package, progression opportunities, and study support.
