The professional services department at SF Recruimtent are seeking a skilled HR Administrator. This is a temporary role, but one that offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
- HR Administration & Projects: You will play a vital role in keeping our team organised through electronic filing (Teams/SharePoint), HR website updates, and contributing to service improvements. - Creative Communication: Utilise your creativity and communication skills to coordinate the monthly HR newsletter and department updates. - Event Coordination: Take charge of organising away days, workshops, training sessions, and supporting interview panels. - Day-to-Day Administration: Handle tasks such as processing invoices, scheduling meetings, and acting as the go-to person for any queries. - PA Support: Provide support to our HR Director and Senior Leadership Team by managing diaries, arranging meetings (virtual and in-person), and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, efficient, and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Office 365 is essential, and experience with tools such as SharePoint, or website updates is a plus. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and has a positive attitude towards taking on a busy role.
