We are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic supplier based in Maldon who is looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join their dynamic team. If you have a passion for HR and are eager to work in a customer-focused HR team, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

About the role:

Supporting the HR Manager in delivering excellent service to our clients' Directors, Managers, and employees across their sites. Maintaining all HR-related documents in compliance with employment law and company procedures. Taking minutes and producing outcome documentation. Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding processes. Managing employee administration with accuracy and consistency. Supporting the payroll department by preparing employee payroll data as required. Assisting in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

About you:

You have experience working within an HR department or administering HR-related matters. You have a willingness to learn and have the potential for advancement, including the opportunity to gain CIPD certification, if desired. You have a good standard of education, with GCSE or equivalent qualifications, including grades C or above in Maths and English. You have strong experience using Microsoft 365 and associated packages, with knowledge of databases. You have the ability to work in a highly confidential environment, respecting the sensitivity of HR information and data. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You are highly organised and can handle multiple priorities effectively. You have the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy. You work well under pressure and pay attention to detail, even in fast-paced environments. You are willing to travel to other locations as required.
