Immediate Start Opportunity Fantastic 12 month Fixed Term Contract About Our Client Our client is a well-established, large-scale organisation within the transport and distribution sector, based in Northwich. Job Description The key responsibilities of a HR Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Department. Handle employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview scheduling. Support the onboarding process for new employees. Manage employee benefits and query resolution. Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. The Successful Applicant A successful HR Administrator should have:

A degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Experience in an HR role within the transport and distribution industry is desirable. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently. Good understanding of UK employment law. Ability to commute to Northwich. What's on Offer On offer to the candidate;

Immediate start opportunity. 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Competitive salary within the range of £27,000 to £30,000 per annum. A supportive and collaborative work environment.
