We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of our HR department. Duties And Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases and handling documentation. Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Utilising HRIS tools to input and manage employee data, generate reports and maintain data accuracy. Assisting in the implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures. Supporting the planning and delivery of HR events and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Person Specification

We Are Looking For Someone Who Embodies The Following

Proven experience in an HR Administrator or Coordinator role is essential. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools and processes. A strong team player with a willingness to collaborate and support others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across the organisation. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Desirable Requirements

Previous experience using HRIS tools is advantageous. Familiarity with managing the onboarding process, particularly in fast-paced environments with high volumes of new hires. Position Details

Type of employment: Fixed-Term Contract from January 2025 to the end of July 2025. Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM). Part-time options with a minimum of 32 hours per week will be considered. Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (pro-rata), dependent on experience. Location: Based at our Oxford office (OX4), with hybrid working options available upon agreement with HR. Free on-site parking is available. Holiday Entitlement: 32 days of annual leave (pro-rata), inclusive of bank holidays. Reporting: to the HR & Office Manager. More About Oxford Royale
