We are looking for an HR Administrator to join us at one of our fashion-retailer contracts in Crick. You’ll be part of the human resources team helping to take care of all HR administration and queries that occur on-site. 

We are looking for 2 people for this part-time, permanent position. You will be working Monday to Friday with shifts available between 08:00-13:00 or 12:00-19:00

You’ll earn a salary of up to £12,500 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Support the recruitment of a range of roles through room bookings, compiling adverts, arranging interviews, and dealing with all correspondence, supporting with interviews as required

  • Maintain and update the recruitment trackers with vacancies and job applications

  • Set up employee files for new starters, ensure personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records

  • Ensure that all probationary assessments take place for employees during their probationary period

  • Be responsible for the coordination and management of the absence hotline

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Past HR administrative experience

  • Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively

  • Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
