HR Administrator We have an exciting opportunity available for a HR Administrator to join the Human Resources department at a well-renowned company based in Thornton-Cleveleys. The successful candidate will join the team responsible for all areas of administration making this an excellent opportunity to learn from your peers and gain valuable experience as part of the role. This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday. Duties and Responsibilities: Logging and updating details of all employees on the company database Processing vital documentation such as right to work documents and DBS checks Dealing with general HR enquiries from employees and escalating cases where appropriate Supporting inductions and ensuring all relevant procedures with new employees are adhered to Handling the disposal of outdated employee records Filing and maintaining an organised workspace in the department Supporting HR advisors by providing vital information for cases Assisting with all audits as required The Ideal Candidate will have the following traits: Highly organised and efficient work ethic with a keen attention to detail Strong communication skills both written and verbal and able to relay vital details in a professional manner Interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with staff to create cooperative relationships Effective team player who demonstrates enthusiasm and the ability to adapt to each scenario Qualifications and Experience required: Experience in Human Resources of at least one year CIPD Level 3 or equivalent What's on Offer: Salary of £19,000 - £23,000 Holiday scheme with 25 days a year plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Cycle to work scheme If you are interested in this role please apply online with your CV or get in contact with Joe Penny for more information.
