Support the HR team in recruitment and onboarding processes. Assist with reward and benefits administration. Contribute to employee relations and HR reporting. Qualifications:
At least 12 months’ experience in an office-based HR/administrative role. Excellent Excel skills and an analytical mind. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). CIPD or a degree in Business Administration with HR (or similar) is advantageous but not essential. Some previous experience in an HR Administrator role would be perfect, even if it was part of your degree or an internship, but they will consider candidates with a non-HR background and a real desire to work in HR.
