Provide information relating to HR policy or escalate to Early Talent Advisor as appropriate. Handle training requests and exam bookings as required to ensure they are logged and booked correctly. Produce training agreements for employees. Keep training logs updated for study and exam dates and pathways. Track study schedules and exam results/progress, ensuring exam successes are shared on SharePoint. Support the training budget process. Familiarise yourself with professional qualifications and pathways. Schedule and assist in the coordination of assessment days, apprentice recruitment, and careers fair campaigns. Schedule and administrate induction programmes for graduate cohorts and apprentices, liaising with managers and the HR team. Ensure apprentices have completed the relevant enrolment forms prior to studies commencing. Liaise with Kaplan and other training providers as required. What the employer is looking for: 1+ years of administration experience ideally within HR. Educated to degree level or equivalent. CIPD Level 3 is desirable. Able to deal confidently and effectively with employees and partners. Organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines calmly. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential. Excellent attention to detail and a strong team player.
