Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the HR team to oversee HR administration processes, payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulation. Support external and internal recruitment. Manage payroll data accuracy for all employees, including new starters, leavers, and timesheet calculations. Assist in minute taking. Maintain the back office function. Provide guidance and support to wider staffing teams, ensuring adherence to operational policies and standards. Lead corrective action initiatives and departmental process improvements in collaboration with department supervisors. Support the HR Manager and Business Support Officer with strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Desirable Qualifications & Experience: Demonstrated experience in HR roles, preferably in healthcare or related industries. Knowledge of employment relations especially case work on Disciplinary, Grievances, Capability and Absence Management.
