HR Administrator Are you a proactive, organised and detail orientated HR Administrator with experience of delivering a positive employee experience? You'll play a central role within our Teddington-based HR team, handling all aspects of the employee lifecycle administration, from recruitment to offboarding and everything in between. Serving as the primary point of contact for team members for daily HR inquiries, you'll play a crucial role in driving our people initiatives forward. This is a great opportunity for you to develop your HR career working on a variety of different people initiatives and contributing your ideas to enhance our employee and candidate offering. Role Overview: You will support the wider HR administrative duties: Administering contract variations Updating People Planner with any required changes Supporting leavers and exit interviews. Supporting disciplinary and grievance processes Supporting HR initiatives and projects such as employee engagement programs Updating payroll with any changes required Maintaining compliance ensuring DBS renewals are processed timely and right to work documentation is kept up to date. Coordinate employee training and development programs Administer employee benefits and respond to benefits-related queries Supporting the recruitment team when required In return Optima Care offer: A competitive salary with the ability to progress Funded DBS 28 Days annual leave (incl. of bank holidays) Employee Assistance Program All Optima Care Employees are entitled to register for the Blue Light Card - registration fees are reimbursed by Optima Care. You will have: Previous HR administrative experience as well as demonstrable knowledge of HR systems Knowledge of HR and HR best practice. Basic understanding of UK immigration law – specifically right to work checks. Be able to pick up tasks quickly. Able to always maintain a high level of confidentiality. Approachable, have a proactive attitude, able to work flexibly and with a keen eye for detail. A forward-thinking approach and a commercial mind set. Excellent IT Skills.
