Merge ongoing casework with new inquiries and keep all case statuses up to date. Quality Control:
Identify and manage spam, create callback tasks for consultants, and log emails into Salesforce to maintain case integrity. Reporting:
Generate reports to assist management and reallocate workloads for absent consultants. Team Coordination:
Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and reduce redundant tasks. Process Improvement:
Follow established processes and proactively suggest improvements to increase efficiency. Ideal qualifications include: Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience with Salesforce (advantageous but not essential). A positive, proactive attitude and a ‘can-do' approach. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work well in a team. Resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. A background in HR or familiarity with Employment Law is a bonus.
