Our client, a specialist IT services organisation, is looking for a HR administrator for an initial 6 month contract. It will be a hybrid role with 3 days per week in Reading / 2 from home and will operate within IR35. Core duties will include: Supporting HR Admin processes for Spain and being a backup for their Italian operation Creating contracts, letters, making amendments as required to existing HR template documents Onboarding new starters and maintaining employee files Keeping their Workday and talent systems up to date Coordination with payroll on pay and benefits queries The successful candidate will have a background that includes: Fluent English and Spanish language skills (written and spoken); Italian would be a plus as well Strong operational HR admin experience Knowledge of relevant IT Systems including HR systems Experience in a HR Shared Service operation Send your CV in the first instance for more information and a confidential chat.
