HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Provide comprehensive generalist support on day-to-day HR activities, covering both administrative and operational tasks in managing employees throughout their employment lifecycle. Working closely with Cartier HR management to ensure the highest quality of HR service is delivered to employees and business. Performance Management Cycle: Support HR Management in performance management process (Appraisal) Ensure all managers have conducted and employees have completed their Annual and Mid-Year check-ins Assist employees with guidance on how to complete the appraisal process Analyse PMP and employee development data and provide insights to HR and L&D teams Support HR Management in annual salary review, bonus or other employee benefit adjustments within all outside compensate cycle Ensure that all Managers and Employees are being made aware and understand local HR policies and procedures, providing guidance and advice. Review, propose and develop new policies and procedures in conjunction with the Richemont and the Cartier HR Management, in accordance with latest legislation changes Maintain record of employment contracts and other terms and condition / documents Employee Relations: Manage a variety of ER cases including complex investigation, disciplinary or grievance hearings through to flexible working requests, absence and performance issues Coach and train line managers on the ER process Collate and deliver ER reports, providing recommendations on appropriate actions and interventions to address areas of concern Conduct exit interviews, where appropriate, ensuring that exit interview feedback is gathered and reviewed regularly, providing insight to HR management Absence reporting and action plan (maternity, sickness, etc.) Other HR Operations: Take part in the Induction Program (Richemont and Cartier) and content management Follow up with L&D team for annual Compliance process to ensure 100% achievement on completion Manage Visa processes ensuring compliance in accordance with the Home Office regulations Take a lead of the relocation assistance of internal employees Ensure that local HR Intranet pages are maintained and reflect brand related updates (if different to the group) Support the HR management team in the creation of contracts, salary, bonus or benefit adjustment along with updating data in internal HR system (SAP) Manage the leaver process for exiting employees (resignation acceptance, exit interview, advising Payroll of the leaver and calculate any outstanding holiday and benefits) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Assisting the HR management and Talent Acquisition team in relation to recruitment Assist HR management with organizing logistics for university partnership and engagement opportunities HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? CIPD level 3 or equivalent experience Strong HR generalist experience in a fast paced HR department Strong HR experience within a volume led, fast paced industry (for e.g. FMCG, retail) An understanding of current employment legislation within the UK and topical HR issues with experience of independently managing a range of Employee Relations cases Ability to deal with numerous activities and stakeholders as part of this role Ability to build effective relationships with managers and employees at all levels of the business, with good communication skill Excellent organizational and time management skills Conscientious, team player, self motivated, ability to think through problems, applying attention to detail with high standard Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Word WHAT MAKES OUR GROUP DIFFERENT?
