£45,000 – £50,000 About the Role As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the UK population as well as supporting and even leading on some exciting strategic projects. You’ll work closely with managers and employees, providing expert advice on HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with legal and internal frameworks. This is a hands-on, operational role that requires a flexible and proactive HR generalist. Key Responsibilities

HR Operations:

Oversee day-to-day HR activities across multiple locations. Onboarding & Offboarding:

Manage seamless employee transitions. HR Policies & Compliance:

Develop and maintain best practice policies in line with legislation. Employee Relations:

Advise managers on absence, performance, grievance, and disciplinary matters. Recruitment & Talent Management:

Coordinate hiring processes, liaise with agencies, and support employee development. Payroll & Benefits:

Assist with payroll administration and benefits management across multiple regions. HR Systems & Reporting:

Maintain employee data and produce key HR metrics. What We’re Looking For

HR Advisory Experience:

Proven track record in a generalist HR role. Strong Knowledge of HR Best Practices:

Familiarity with UK employment law. CIPD Qualified

(or working towards it). Data & Systems Proficiency:

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Attention to Detail:

Ability to manage compliance and documentation effectively. Excellent Communication Skills:
