This role offers you the chance to get hands-on experience across all aspects of HR - from Employee Relations to recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and more. The role is 37.5 hours per week and is based at our Banbury site. To be successful in this role you will need: Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field / CIPD qualified, or be qualified by experience. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels. Confident decision-making abilities with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone proactive, personable, and passionate about HR.
