Permanent VANRATH are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor to join our client's Human Resources team on a permanent contract. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various functions, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This includes managing employee relations, performance reviews, and promoting a positive workplace environment. You will be responsible for: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries, offering guidance on policies and best practices. Advise on managing workplace absence and support policy adherence. Analyse workflows to recommend process improvements and increase automation. Assist managers with employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievances, performance improvement plans). Contribute to developing and updating HR policies and procedures. Guide managers on performance reviews, including setting objectives and providing feedback. Maintain accurate employee records and track HR metrics. Oversee the employee offboarding process. Prepare HR reports and take meeting notes when required. Promote workplace health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives. Stay updated on employment laws to ensure legal compliance. Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. Support onboarding for a smooth transition of new employees.
