HR Advisor Responsibilities:
To maintain all HR systems ensuring data and records are accurate and up to date. Preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting CVs, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates. Supporting and leading Formal Meetings (disciplinary, grievances, and flexible working applications). To administer starter/leaver processes. Advising employees and Line Managers on all HR related queries. Confident in chairing ER related meetings such as disciplinaries.
HR Advisor Details:
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 PA Location: Birmingham Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
HR Advisor Requirements:
Previous experience of working within a HR environment. Advanced knowledge in Excel (Macros, complex formulas, V-Look Ups, and combining multiple cells of data). Verbal and written communication skills. Up to date knowledge of legislation.
