Job Description Implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract potential candidates. Managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Advising and supporting the relationship between employee and company Creating a robust onboarding process for new hires. Developing and maintaining a positive company culture. Managing employee relations and addressing any issues that arise. Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations. Providing guidance and support to other members of the HR team. The Successful Applicant A successful 'HR Advisor' should have: A degree in Human Resources or a related field. Extensive knowledge of HR practices and legislation in the healthcare sector. Experience in a similar HR role within the healthcare industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record implementing employee relations practices The ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. What's on Offer Salary up to £32,000 per year.
