Atkinson Moss are delighted to be supporting their client in search of a new HR Advisor who will provide well-informed support and guidance to their collaborative team. The ideal candidate will be positive, proactive and have great interpersonal skills.

The role will involve working alongside a cooperative leadership team to provide effective HR support on a variety of case work, including change management, employee relations and engagement, mental health and wellbeing management and reviewing HR policies and procedures.

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver effective and accurate HR advice by providing first-line contact on all people-related issues. Lead all ER casework, including disciplinary, grievance and absence management. Manage the onboarding process end-to-end, including leading the recruitment process and delivering weekly HR inductions. Provide HR analytics reports and ER casework to help inform and improve the overall business strategy. Support the finance team with HR-related updates such as payroll and benefits. Proactively participate in continuous improvement and progression of HR systems and practices. Ensure employees at all levels are aligned with evolving company values and priorities, with initiatives and projects that reflect this - cultivating a healthy working environment.

Person Specification:

Ability to handle a varied and demanding workload in a fast-paced environment. Experienced in dealing with a variety of employee relations case work. Knowledge of current legislation, policies and guidelines. Self-motivated and enthusiastic about adding value to the business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong IT skills.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5hrs Monday - Friday and offering a salary of up to £30,000-£32,000. With an excellent benefits package this is a fantastic opportunity to work within a successful and growing company.
