Darparu cyngor cyrchu adnoddau arbenigol a hwyluso’r broses recriwtio drwy weithio’n agos gyda rheolwyr recriwtio i adnabod sgiliau angenrheidiol a rheoli darpar ymgeiswyr. Monitro, adolygu a diweddaru polisïau a gweithdrefnau Adnoddau Dynol, gan sicrhau eu bod yn unol â’r ddeddfwriaeth gyfredol. Gweinyddu'r system AD, sicrhau cydymffurfiaeth gyda pholisïau a deddfwriaeth AD drwy ddiweddariadau system, gan ddefnyddio offer adrodd ar gyfer dadansoddi data ac adrodd ar Ddangosyddion Perfformiad Allweddol ar yr un pryd. As part of your role as an
HR Advisor
you will be expected to: Build strong relationships with managers at all levels to foster effective employee relations. Offer expert advice and support on formal people processes, including attending meetings, maintain accurate records and ensuring adherence to procedures. Lead absence management across the business by working proactively with managers to address issues consistently, offering coaching, advice and support. Advise on occupational sick pay entitlements and liaise with payroll to ensure employees are timely informed of pay changes during absences. Manage occupational health referrals as necessary. Collaborate with the HR team on projects to enhance people processes and policies. Provide generalist HR support across the full range of people services. Deliver expert resourcing advice and facilitate the recruitment process by working closely with hiring managers to identify required skills and manage candidate pipelines. Monitor, review, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with current legislation. Administer the HR system, ensure compliance with HR policies and legislation through system updates, while utilizing reporting tools for data analysis and KPI reporting. What you will need to have? CIPD Level 5 or working towards. Proven experience in HR advisory roles with a focus on employee relations, absence management, and operational HR services. Strong knowledge of HR systems, with the ability to manage upgrades, reporting, and training. Expertise in HR policies, employment law, and best practices. A proactive and solutions-focused approach with excellent communication and coaching skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering excellent service. Annual Leave
£28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Colleagues are entitled to 25 days annual leave (pro-rata for part time hours) each full holiday leave year which runs from 1st September to 31 August.Bank and public holidays are in addition to this.After 5 years, your holiday will increase to 28 days.
