Your new role Supporting the local delivery and implementation of company people strategy with guidance and support from the People Business Partner. Working closely with recruitment functions to support managers and enable them to appoint colleagues who possess the right skills and will meet business needs. Driving effective workforce planning through discussions with Senior Management Team. Leading onboarding activities for all new colleagues. Coordinating right to work checks and DBS rechecks when required. Organising and maintaining HR shared drive. Acting as initial point of contact for all HR matters and providing consistent HR advice in line with company policy. Actively managing absence within the site. Ensure all ER issues are managed effectively, with your workload and cases prioritised accordingly. Provide HR support as required. Carrying out any other duty that falls within reason of the level of the role.
