This is a self-governing role where you will be the go-to person for the Manchester site for all ER HR support requirements. On offer is the chance to gain a wide breadth of experience where you will be able to make your own mark on the position and progress your career through challenges and training. The Opportunity Reporting to our HR Manager, you will work as the HR point of contact for the Manchester site, whilst being part of a wider HR team on a regional and global scale. In this role, you will be mainly involved with employee relations cases and have a wide breadth of responsibilities, given you will be the sole HR point of contact for the site. You will also get involved with other tasks that the HR Manager needs assistance with, like transactional HR tasks and partnering with the management team. Experience Requirements: Experience with employee relation matters like grievances and absence. Proven evidence of general corporate HR experience. Had CIPD L5 or equivalent experience. The Ideal Candidate: An excellent communicator at all levels. Looking for freedom within their role to make their own mark. Has an approach with an attention to detail.
