HR Advisor

to bring their expertise and energy to our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our business, providing essential HR advisory services and supporting transformative organisational projects. What You’ll Do As our HR Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our people strategy: Be the go-to expert

for line managers, offering pragmatic advice on employee relations, including discipline, grievances, performance, and absence management. Lead critical HR projects

such as TUPE activities and organizational restructures. Keep us on track

by generating insightful HR reports and enhancing our HR database. Support the HR leadership team

by assisting with policy updates, learning and development initiatives, and other vital activities. Foster positive relationships

by attending trade union meetings and strengthening industrial relations. Contribute to continuous improvement

with any other tasks or projects that come your way. What We’re Looking For

Skills & Knowledge

Qualifications:

Level 3 CIPD (preferred) or equivalent experience, with a willingness to work towards Level 5 CIPD. Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a good grasp of HR information systems and reporting. Expertise:

Solid understanding of employment law, ACAS guidelines, and HR best practices. Experience

A strong track record in advising on employee relations, managing performance, handling grievances, and more. Experience as an HR Advisor—or as an Assistant ready for your next step. Your Qualities
