HR Advisor

We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our HR and L&D team, based in our Chorley office. This role will involve supporting the HR Partner with operational HR responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding, absence management, HR metrics, and maintaining employee records. The successful candidate will support the Story Homes vision by delivering the people strategy in line with our business objectives, values, and culture. We are looking for someone with HR experience in a similar role, a high level of accuracy, and organisational skills. You will be required to have a full driving license as this role will involve travel to the Carlisle office once every 2 weeks and occasional travel to regional sites across the North West.
