We are currently seeking an HR Advisor to become part of our HR Team following company expansion, which consists of HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, HR Assistants, and Immigration Assistants. Together, we're shaping the future of our industry, and we want you to be a part of it. You will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents and colleagues across the UK. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive, expert advice and guidance to managers across the organisation in a coaching style. Support Home and Regional Managers with HR/ER queries alongside the HR Business Partners and Head of HR. Build and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Deliver high standards of advice and guidance to Aria Care Group with a customer-centric approach. Qualifications: Qualified to CIPD Level 5. Experience in a fast-paced, multisite, high-volume HR support position. This role offers the exciting opportunity to travel the country visiting and supporting our homes, with occasional stays away from home required (1-2 times per month).
