Dealing with employee relations cases from start to finish Leading consultations, including restructures, TUPE, and changes to terms and conditions. Managing all areas of employee relations including grievances, capability, disciplinaries, probation reviews, flexible work requests, and absence management. Advising managers on steps to take to deal with HR-related issues Responding to queries through a shared HR inbox Supporting the Associate HR Director overseeing HR Apprentices / Administrators as required Processing paperwork accurately and efficiently Carrying out and implementing HR projects on an as and when basis. A great role in an industry leader, the HR Advisor will have a proven track record and will be expected to immediately pick up ongoing casework. The HR Advisor will have a minimum of 5 years HR experience (Essential) and have CIPD Level 5 or above (Desirable) and report to the Associate HR Director.
