Permanent Full time Elland based Up to £38k Key Responsibilities
Manage ER casework from start to finish, providing regular support to operational managers. Manage key stakeholders and managers with advice and guidance on ER related matters. Train, coach and develop managers on all HR processes and procedures. Support or Lead on annual projects focusing on enhancing ER processes and updated policies. We are looking for:
