Manage ER casework from start to finish, providing regular support to operational managers. Manage key stakeholders and managers with advice and guidance on ER related matters. Train, coach and develop managers on all HR processes and procedures. Support or lead on annual projects focusing on enhancing ER processes and updated policies. We Are Looking For
Proven experience managing ER cases from start to finish. Strong Employment Law knowledge. Very good communicator, both written and verbal. Due to the urgency of the role, we are looking for an immediate start. If you are available immediately and looking for a new role, get in touch! About Us
