The Managers Guide:
Guiding managers through the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement, and providing expert support on everything from performance management to complex ER issues.
A Legal Eagle:
Staying ahead of the curve on employment law and ensuring our policies and practices are always compliant and fair.
A Relationship Builder:
Building strong, trusting relationships with managers and employees across multiple sites, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
A Data-Driven Decision Maker:
Analysing HR data to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and drive continuous improvement within our people strategies.
Requirements
Proven ER expertise:
You've successfully navigated cases like disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
Employment Law Know-How:
You're well-versed in all aspects of employment law and can confidently advise on even the most tricky situations.
Communication Superstar:
You're a master communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. You can explain complex information clearly and concisely.
Organisational Whiz:
You're highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
