Seeking a generalist HR Advisor working for a family business of approx 150 employees reporting into the HR Business Partner, supporting all areas of HR across the business including manufacturing, logistics, and Head Office.
Client Details Our client is a family-owned business with a strong brand delivering fantastic products and services in their niche field based in North Yorkshire (Malton).
Description Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and managers in line with company policies and procedures. Support and facilitate staff training and development initiatives. Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure they are fair and effective. Manage employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary actions. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal requirements. Support and advise on performance management processes. Participate in the design and delivery of employee engagement initiatives.
Profile A degree in Human Resources or related field - desirable. Solid knowledge of Employee Relations, HR functions, and best practices. Excellent ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. Experience with HR software and HR metrics. Strong ethical standards and a high level of personal integrity.
