Maidstone, Kent Bower Grove School is seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of HR Advisor. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with a passion for new challenges, vision, and enjoys introducing innovation. The Role: As the HR Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing day-to-day advice and guidance on HR strategies across the School. This includes coordinating an HR Assistant as well as ensuring a smooth recruitment and onboarding process through the whole employee life-cycle. You will oversee all HR administration. You'll work closely with the Headteacher to implement best practices and continuously improve our HR processes as well as manage case work and offer comprehensive guidance on sound HR practices and employment law to all SLT. The Ideal Candidate will: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Have outstanding communication skills and demonstrate empathy at all levels. Be self-motivated, driven, and able to work on own initiative to prioritize workloads effectively. Have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Either have or be working towards your CIPD level 5 certification. Work Hours: This is a full-time position, with 37 hours per week. Core hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. However, we're flexible and open to adjusting hours based on individual preferences and needs.
