Anderson Knight is working exclusively with a client based in Glasgow to recruit a HR Advisor. This is a permanent position 35 hours per week with hybrid working and the option to work a 4 day week. Our client is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join their team and contribute to fostering a positive and dynamic workplace culture. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing day-to-day HR operations, managing employee relations casework, driving recruitment efforts, and overseeing reporting activities. The position offers a varied and exciting workload, allowing you to work on a range of impactful projects. Success in this role will depend on your strong organisational abilities and a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities:

Support managers in addressing Employee Relations (ER) issues, offering guidance on disciplinary and grievance procedures. Provide expert advice on Attendance and Performance Management. Handle daily HR tasks, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration. Lead the recruitment process from job posting through to candidate selection and onboarding. Prepare and analyse HR reports, providing actionable insights to improve HR processes. Participate in and contribute to HR initiatives, including employee engagement and development programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, offering HR support and guidance. Stay up-to-date with HR best practices, policies, and procedures. What We’re Looking For: A solid understanding of HR policies and procedures. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and reporting. A positive, "can-do" attitude and a readiness to take on new challenges and projects. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels of the organisation. Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
