The role will include: Provide expert HR advice to a wide range of businesses from diverse sectors. Guide stakeholders on HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation. Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation. Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation. The Successful Applicant Ideal candidates will have a proven background in providing HR advice on a wide range of employee relations matters.
