Role Details: Permanent role £35,000 salary Hinckley based, fully on-site (no hybrid option) Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm Ideal start date: 31st March 2025 Client Details: We are looking for an HR Advisor to work in a fast-paced environment, offering employer-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of various complex ER issues from start to finish, including document reviews. Build excellent client relationships to ensure understanding of client requirements and achieve their objectives. Provide a range of options for clients to select from, including best practice/legally compliant solutions, ensuring any risk to the business is effectively communicated. Provide legally compliant employment law and ER advice, tailoring advice to give best practice and commercially focused options. Profile: Proven HR Advisory experience. CIPD qualified. Knowledge of employment law and legislation. Full employee relations knowledge, including complex cases. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Able to maintain efficient and focused client relationships. Able to work at pace and compete with conflicting priorities. Job Offer: Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
