HR Advisor
Location: Kidderminster
Contract: £16.88 per hour
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive HR advice in line with policies, procedures, and employment law. Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Manage absence, disciplinary, and grievance cases. Assist in organisational changes, including restructuring and TUPE processes. Deliver HR training sessions and support staff learning and development. Promote employee wellbeing, health, and equality initiatives. Requirements:
Associate CIPD membership or equivalent HR experience. Proven experience in an HR advisory role. Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Ability to analyse data and manage multiple priorities effectively. Commitment to confidentiality and a customer-focused approach.
