Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and continuous performance management. Lead diversity, equality, and inclusion practices. Manage training and development plans to ensure high standards. Support talent planning and maintain accurate employee data. What You'll Need to Succeed: Experience:
3-5 years in HR, with strong knowledge of employee relations, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion. Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Qualifications:
