+benefits + bonus Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a professional services firm in the hire of an ER Advisor. This role is offered on an 11 month FTC basis and can be based in either Leeds or Sheffield. Our client has multiple locations across the UK and will sit as part of the wider HR / ER team, providing employee relations support and guidance to the business. The ER team deals with all HR queries and people queries across the business – spanning performance management, long term sickness, and grievances. Responsibilities: Manage the ER inbox and cover daily tasks on a weekly rotation with the team. Handle all HR related queries across performance management, long term sickness, grievances, and redundancy processes. Provide support across the UK and Ireland business as part of a team. Qualifications: We are looking for a proven employee relations professional who has worked in an HR Advisory team or shared service function, and is used to dealing with high volumes of employee relations cases. You will be required to manage administration in this role as well as case work and contribute to team objectives.
